    Oh sorry to hear this ... I use my laptop and seem to be able to put comments on. There are Blogger help pages that actually do ... help that is :) Don't give up lovely lady hugs

 A most unusual plant in a garden of delight. Have no idea what it is but the garden was xeriscape. Cala lilies are so very tall. The gardens inspiration. Some homes, steps from the ocean, that could be featured on a coastal magazine cover. This one was the winner for me. It took me back a hundred years in time. Everything about it was breathtaking. Journey updates and a question

Been cruising along steadily this past month. I am eating high protein, low carb 1200-1300 cal/day with Intermittent Fasting at 10 hrs a day. At about 3 months the honeymoon stage usually ends for me and I did encounter a couple of days where my hand was quicker than my Beck counsel thoughts. But I was reading blogs and was inspired to change my daily relationship with my inner Wild Child and Dictator. I started by intentionally addressing them at meal times pointing out the fatty, salty and sweet items on my plate. That really seems to be pleasing for everyone. Never one to stop with a single effort, I was inspired to include them in my daily activities. I’ve been intentionally pointing out nature’s beauty and looking for eye candy treats for Wild Child’s (WC) enjoyment. Dictator (D) has been given my ongoing assurances from tracking and meeting my goals. She has been very quiet. I think WC being happy has reduced her workload. The World is a BEAUTIFUL Place

 Just some random photos of my journey these past weeks. Treating myself kindly, taking care of my inner Wild Child and Dictator has made the journey what I always dreamed it could be. Calm peaceful and happy. The journey to weigh loss has been like a jigsaw puzzle. Lots of little pieces and each one is important in its own way. For years I was missing the pieces that satisfied Wild child and Dictator. I think I always tried to deal with their needs with willpower which never ended happily ever after. Learning to embrace and appreciate them has created a harmonious lifestyle. Peace after decades of war. Really satisfying.  In this area, the beach is very rocky with steep paths to the water. It’s a lovely place to walk the dog. The salty sea air is so delicious and the rhythm of the waves is like a heartbeat that connects me to our beautiful world. All my cares slip away as we walk.
